Universal Aerospace is pleased to welcome Ms. Rachel Sweeney to Universal Aerospace. Rachel will hold the title of Quality Manager and lead our committed and dedicated quality team. Most recently, Rachel has been servings as the Quality Supervisor for our sister company Aerofinishing LLC. At AFL, she honed her knowledge of metal finishing and increased her experience in customer service. Prior to AFL, Rachel held the title of Quality Manager for a repair and overhaul company that provided precision machining and metal finishing services.
When asked about quality, Rachel replied, “My passion for quality is only superseded by my drive to serve the customer to the best of my ability. As a manager, I try to promote a positive team environment, and I am really looking forward to making a positive difference in whatever way I can.”
